Background: The hygiene factor of the food handler or manager, commonly called personal hygiene, is a very important procedure in maintaining cleanliness safe and healthy management. Hygiene procedures are clean behaviors to prevent contamination managed food. This study aimed determine sanitation behavior based on handlers' know¬ledge safety at restaurants working area Pasir Panjang Puskesmas (Commu¬nity Health Center).
